End of Summer and College Life

The last two weeks of Camp Woodward life was surreal. I hiked up a mountain (in flip flops I must add :p) and got to see the most incredible view from the cliff. Central Pennsylvania is much more beautiful then it's given credit for. Week 12 brought some rough moments while saying goodbye to all the fantastic friends I've made. The people I met over the summer were truly incredible. To my amazing Woodward friends reading this -- I love each and every one of you and miss you like crazy! Thanks for being a part of the best summer of my life. Each of you have touched my life in your own way and you made the 13 weeks I was there beyond wonderful.

And then college life began...

I am absolutely loving it! I love living in Tennessee full-time. I've had some interesting moments so far (usually involving Wal-Mart or IHOP). I celebrated my birthday this past weekend with some great new friends :) It was one of the best birthdays I've had. We got dressed up and went to dinner, decided to walk around Wal-Mart, then decided to go see Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (if you haven't seen it yet, you should!), and ended the night at IHOP. (Thank you to those of you who made my birthday great!) We also had the first home football game of the season (MTSU MTSU GO RAIDERS GO!) unfortunately the Golden Gophers pulled ahead in the last few minutes of the game, but it was still so much fun! I love college football season! (I also have to add that my Penn State Nittany Lions won this past weekend! They always have been, and always will be, my favorite team in college football! WE ARE PENN STATE!)

So in conclusion..I love and miss you Woodward friends and Tennessee is pretty great :)
